I tried a couple of weeks ago something that has been popping up in my pinterest searches a lot. Infused waters.

Healthy Snacks: Plain Yoghurt with Strawberries.
Hey Everyone!
You know that feeling when you just ate something delicious and are just happy and so motivated? Well that is how I feel when I am done eating this snack. Plain Yoghurt and strawberries is so good! I eat this sometimes as my breakfast in a relatively large bowl, but also if you are hungry at some point of the day, you can grab one small dessert dish have half a cup of the natural yoghurt and half a cup of chopped up strawberries and you will feel that you got your sweet dose of food and indulged a little with less than half the calories of a regular dessert or other sweet treats.
Sometimes I also like to grab a small coffee spoon with honey and spread it on top of the two. It is all so delicious that I am craving that right now! I think finishing this post I'll go to the kitchen and treat myself with this.
YUM! ok I'm gonna end this now to go to the kitchen!
I hope you guys are having a pretty nice day and enjoy your weekend to come! It's Easter, enjoy it!

Sweet Treats
Hey guys!
After a really hectic day of filming a short film I am in my home, doing nothing but getting some rest and recharging batteries in order to go and meet with a friend to get out sweet treat! PINKBERRY. It is one of our favourite spots to get something indulgent with our sweet tooth which by the way, we have it strong hahaha!

Let's say we are celebrating our friendship early and spending some quality time with each other due to the fact that we are not going to see each other the 14th.

I hope you guys are having a nice weekend!

Healthy Spotlight: Blueberries
Hey there my loves!

Recently I've found that blueberries are a great fruit to munch on and as a great complement for cereal and oats. I know many of you might already like this combo, but i actually never got interested in it specially because the looks of it was not nice for me at all.
Later I decided to try it and see why many people liked it. And I got hooked. But it is just not the taste that fascinates me, it's also the amount of health benefits it provides.
Here are 3 main characteristics of blueberries and why you should incorporate them in your diet.
1.- They are great anti-oxidants. They help slow down the process of ageing of your body and provide you with extra energy.
2.- They help to keep in pin point your memory making it sharper and better.
3.- They contain a great amount of vitamins and minerals which increase the nutritional value of any of the food you pair them with.
Remember, good food pairing is they key point to make your body happy and your energy at a good level.

Fruity Breakfast
Remember the Healthy Spotlight post about mangoes yesterday? Well today I decided to mix it up and make myself a fruit salad for breakfast with a good cup of coffee.
I mixed mango, watermelon and a banana. It was so good and fresh that I felt the vitamins (can you feel them at all? well i guess so) going in my system haha.

Healthy Spotlight: Mangos

I have been recently obsessing over mangos, to be honest I think I've loved them since I was little so I just wanted to share some health benefits this fruit gives to you.
- It is rich in pre-biotic dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals, and poly-phenolic flavonoid antioxidant compounds.
- According to new research study, mango fruit has been found to protect against colon, breast, leukemia and prostate cancers. Several trial studies suggest that polyphenolic anti-oxidant compounds in mango are known to offer protection against breast and colon cancers.
- Mango fruit is an excellent source of Vitamin-A. Vitamin A is also required for maintaining healthy skin.
So it has a lot of benefits for your health and it is a yummy smelling and tasting fruit, very tropical and summery.
I hope you liked this post.
Are you a mango lover?
