Today's rambles

It's been a couple of complicated days but amazing ones. I can't complain. Things have been running their course and time has been flying by really fast! 

Summer is amazing, the beach is another universe, where you can relax and let go of everything you have been going through in the week at work, with personal life, with friends, with lovers, with random people, with brothers, sisters, etc. 

My weekend went well filled with friends. I have been sleeping nearly 5 hours each night (or less which is ugh but somewhat fun) which is making me a little more sleepy than normal, but I am not complaining. 

This past days, I have been having a bit of a temper, my natural annoying self is coming through and sometimes it surprisses me in ways I have never imagined. Also, sorry for rambling and going from subject to subject, I have been hooked with "How I met your mother" and almost finishing the series. I don't know what took me so long to finally sit and watch it. I don't regret any of the sleepless nights and good laughs I've had lately. 

In another note, I have to say that having to be organized is driving me crazy and making my head hurt, I have no time to keep everything clean or in order, and my desk at home is just so messy it drives me nuts. I can't believe that I am saying this on the internet, but YES. I am guilty of being messy. But I am sure I can't be the only one, right?

Well i think there are some more things that i want to say but, this is too random right now. I will leave the rest for another post.

Weekend in review

I loved this weekend, it was really just all about chilling, relaxing and resting the stress of the week out of my mind and of my body. Yesterday all I did, literally, was stay in bed and just got up for a shower and to eat. 

In that time I spent just chilling there, I rediscovered one app in my iPhone I have been just neglecting. It was keek. Keek is that little app in which you record a short 36 second clip about anything you want. I am not a keeker, I haven't uploaded any. But, I do enjoy other people's keeks. My favorite people to follow? Any guesses here? Well if you said the Kardashians/Jenners, you guessed right. I just love me some Kardashian drama and laughs and craziness. I also follow Keegan Allen just because I love him! who doesn't? I am a huge Pretty Little Liars fan, but I love Toby the most out of all the PLL cast. 

I literally loved this weekend as I have already stated. I couldn't be happier, plus today i am putting together my timetable for this upcoming semester at Uni. Excited excited!

Fashionably Forgetful!

First Day of Finals:

Went great! except for the fact that I felt miserable when i got to the first exam and came to the realization that I had forgotten my whole pencil case! yeah...not a great thing....I asked for someone to lend me a pen so i only had a pen. just that. ONE pen, not a corrector nor a highlighter! So what I did as soon as I got out of the exam I went running to the stores outside campus and bought a pen and a corrector! at least the 2 basic tools I needed for my ethics final.

So mission accomplished! I wrote my exam and did not had to ask for a pen again! yeey !

It's here, it's here! the iPhone 5 is here!

It's been a couple of long days, I had to take care of mommy and serve her as a driver because she was not feeling well to go by herself to the doctor. So I was more focused on getting her make feel better than in any other thing. 

But changing the subject! they have now revealed the new iPhone 5!! Who else is excited??!! It's a little taller then the iPhone 4&4S, but that is ok with me. it looks classy and all the characteristics you can read them here.

Bye August!

Happy end of the month people! 

It's been a great month (but also so sad) . From the beginning to the end. I loved going back to University and switching up my style a bit. The cooler months are the best for me, I love bundling up in warm clothes, and layering is my favourite statement. 

I have so much things going on these months and upcoming weeks, from reading to events that I'm super excited for. When the time comes, I might be able to share them with you! I have nothing set in stone for some projects but lets see what come along! 

In general, I hope September is as good as August and that it will open some more doors for me.

Back to School(well.. University): First Week

Today begins my second week of classes. It's weird to start on a Wednesday, it totally freaks out my biological calendar. I'm a person of habit, but I try to always switch things up and want to get out of my comfort zone. This week has been quite like that. I decided to take a workshop during the first days of classes where they taught us how to handle making the CV, the personal interviews and test when you apply for a job and how to dress properly for it. 

It was a huge success for me, I went all by my self when normally I'd ask for a friend to come with me. I feel I am becoming a little more secure and confident every time I take little steps like this one. Baby steps they say. 

The long way down to the underground floor at campus. 

As long as classes go, each and every single them have their positive and negative aspects. But luckily I am focusing more on the positives than the negatives. The teachers all seem nice and are very immersed in what they know and have a lot of good advice and experiences to share. The work for these classes has doubled up. I already have way too much readings to catch up with, but I am not complaining, I am quite enjoying the fact that I will be reading more, something I just don't do so much. 

Speaking of reading...Our brand new Library building. 

The weather is awful, I have been going to University with many layers of clothes so that I don't freeze to death, and to compensate that I have been drinking lots of coffee (surprised?). I have really missed being in there. Those walls and the corridors are just great, they are like my 3 security blanket, the first is home, the second one is my school. Oh and the people, yes, I've made good friends and met a lot of different people all with great stories to tell.

Sunday Funday: Bar&Friends=Smile

Hey Everyone!

It's finally Sunday! I've had a great week. I met a cute Doctor on Thursday. Yesterday I went for a drink, or maybe 4, with my two best friends from High School. I missed the two crazy heads and it was nice to have a great time with them. 

We didn't expect to find anyone else we knew but yes, we did. And that is a side story for, maybe, later. They took me to a place where there are little bars with an arty feel, where people listen to music, mainly rock, house and indie. It has been a while since I went out to a place like that, and it was worth the surprise. 

After some dancing and talking and drinking, we got hungry (the effects of a late night with friends) and right next to one of the bars, was this place which sells from French fries to chicken salad Sandwiches, and trust me, it was SO good. 

It was raining badly, but that didn't stopped us. It was refreshing and quite entertaining to see people running around trying to cover their hair and their, make-up. Maybe I shall do a post about the street style in this place. It was so unique and relax that made me feel a little over dressed. But you know, you can never be overdressed, just well prepared.

Purple Mania: Purple Phone Case

Hey Everyone!

As promised, here is the second edition of my purple mania series which came up while day dreaming in bed. Click here to read the previous post and all about my purple room.

This time, the post is going to be much shorter because I just have to talk about the case of my phone, the most important thing in my life which keeps me connected while I don't have a laptop with me and to catch up on my emails and everything that happens in twitter and facebook (quite an addict). I have my phone on my hands the majority of the day and yes, it has a purple case. The case is plain, boring purple.  But it changes out the dull black from the actual phone.

I haven't had the time, nor energy to find another case, (actually I have another acrylic one but it is almost falling appart in pieces) but soon I will. I am not complaining about the case, I love the color, it's just that it could be much nicer.

See? It's breaking and all. Someone, please, remind me to change it! 

So here it is, Purple on my phone, purple mania is all I know…

Long time no...read? Hello

Hey guys!

It's been like a week since I wrote a post for the blog! I am damn slacking you! and I don't like it, I recently began Uni again and it's much much harder than I expected. Anywhos yesterday was my mom's birthday and we had a family diner, all my aunts came down to our house and just had a good time chilling and eating and drinking <3 gotta love the fam!

Today I have a free day from classes and am free, this really is nice comparing to my previous timetables that were just awful and complete messes.


(I wish I was here! like right now!) 

I'l try to write some more blog post later today. It is so HOT today that I feel like a melting Ice-cream. Randomness just began, sorry! hahaha I have been crazy busy that I just need to relax for a bit and with you I love to do so and have a great time writing these very "bably" posts :)

The Hunger Games

Favourite Summer Drink

Hey Guys!

This summer, here in the southern hemisphere, has been hotter than ever and has made me sweat so MUCH,
I am a water drinker but not fan of the freezing cold water becayse i don't like the taste of it, i don't know why.
Instead, I've become a fan of the Crystal light juices from Kraft foods. Clight for the market outside of the US.

It is AMAZING it contains no sugar and is for a litre of water, but I dilute it in 1.7 litres because in that way it is  much more fresh and not too strong flavoured. I put it in the freezer for a while and then just take it out and move it to the fridge.

Also, you can try drinking fruit juices with little to no sugar in them and they are awesome to make the hotness of the summer or of a hot hot spring day cool down and make it refreshing.
