Workout Playlist 8

Now it's Monday, I have a thing about always telling you to start your day with a good workout, or walk, or run, just because I like to do it myself. It makes us happy people and will not be grumpy all day (or week). Music. It's all I can say by now since today marks 2 months with this little space in my blog, which I love. Let's celebrate it with some new songs ! <3

1) Celebration- Kool & The Gang (pretty appropriate right?)
2) One More Night- Maroon 5
3) We are never ever getting back together- Taylor Swift (the longest song tittle ever I guess)
4) Not myself tonight- Christina Aguilera
5) Who's that boy?- Demi Lovato

Workout Playlist 7

As I've been sick as a mad woman has, I've been working long hours in my laptop rather than my usual Desktop that I use on a daily basis. So not all my music is here and my iPod just passed to a better life (I need an upgrade badly) therefor I have some other music here and I was listening to it and got inspired. To start the week more positive and active, here are my five favorite songs I re-discovered! :)

1) Imperfect is the new perfect- Caitlin Crosby
2) Who owns my heart- Miley Cyrus
3) Say you don't want it- One Night Only
4) What doesn't kill you- Kelly Clarkson
5) In my head- Jason Derulo

Emma Watson in the video of Say you don't Want it from One Night Only

Have an awesome day!

Workout Playlist 6

It's Monday! Time to get your feet to work and to exercise what you didn't got to on the week end!

I attempted a new welcome for my posts, how is it? I was kind of "in the mood" to switch it up.

It's time for my take on workout music for the beginning of the week. As usual now for the last 5 weeks.

1) Don't Be Shy- Small Change
2) Glad you came- The Wanted
3) Use Somebody- Kings of Leon
4) Young, wild and free- Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg ft Bruno Mars
5) The Scientist- Coldplay

Some of them are special for slow workouts and reduced intensity. Some relaxation and "forget it all" music for the ones who have busy and stressful days.

Workout Playlist 1

Hey Everyone!

I have recently been freed from University and have about a month an a half of Winter break. I started working out again because my timetable is just adorably empty and have the time to spare on enjoying myself doing some cycling.

I need a good motivation so upbeat music just makes me think less on the effort and more on the fun.

Here are 5 of my go to songs for when I work out:

1) Give me everything (tonight)- Pitbull feat. Ne-Yo, Afrojack & Nayer
2) Starships- Nicki Minaj
3) Whip my hair- Willow Smith
4) Hey Baby (Drop It to the Floor) Ft. T-Pain- Pitbull
5) Hit the Lights- Selena Gomez

How gorgeous does she look here?
Enjoy!

Workout Playlist

Hey Everyone!

I am in a blogging mode right now and i feel motivated to work out hard this days. And i am a much of a music lover and love the different genres there are so i felt that if i did a workout with music the pain of it will be just a mere reflection and not noticeable at all.

So for this blog I am going to give you my favourite songs to listen when I hit the gym or my park for a run.

If you are of those people that like super motivating beats and kind of happier tunes to pump up your workout i think that Katy Perry's Firework is awesome, motivating and fun to listen.

So here is my top ten songs in my playlist to a work out:

1) My Dilemma- Selena Gomez
2) DJ got us falling in love again- Usher ft. Pitbull
3) Raise your glass- Pink
4) King of anything- Sara Bareilles
5) Summer Moon- David Geta
6) Don't Stop Believing- Glee Cast
7) You sexy thing- Barry White
8) Memories-David Geta
9) Price Tag- Jessie J. ft B.o.B
10) Firework- Katy Perry

I think that if you have something that makes you have fun and a great time while working out, you won't feel the work and just enjoy yourself. You might even find that you go along with the beats and that time passes by as fast as you blink.

Hope you enjoyed this little bog post!

now tell me, which songs do you listen to while workingout?
