NOTD: Revlon's Really Rosy

Hey Everyone!

As you can tell, I'm a huge Revlon Nail Polish Junky. Today, is Friday, my favourite day of the week because the weekend starts. I thought today I wanted to wear a colour that was still summery but more earthy toned to go with the fall that is coming.

I personally love this colour, it's girl-y but gives an edge to the whole concept, it's a dirty rose tone.

it's a really pretty colour but i feel the picture just distorts the tones. But it pretty much looks like it.

Beauty Vlogger Boot Camp: Boy Crazy

Hey everyone!

It's time for another of the infamous posts about BVBC!! Every Tuesday I get hooked on the internet and specially YouTube to see the premier of new episodes of this series. I love them, specially how some people just watch the episodes and give so much hate about them when I know some of those haters, as some call them, just love it so much but are plain out of this universe with jealousy about two regular girls makinbg a career out of their passion.

This week's challenge was all about the boys. They had to paint/makeup around with boy blank canvas. I think people thought this was just crazy, I did too, but thinking about it, it was not so crazy in the end. It had to be this way so they can judge over the creativity of the contestants, after all you need to have a lot of it to create some tutorials and picture some of the craziest requests.

I loved how Shanice had the vision to recreate something Vogue-ish and stood out from the other participants. It was my favourite look and just thought that she has what it takes to become a really good beauty and fashion guru.

Style Crush: Kim Kardashian

Hey everyone!

I think every single person in the world has some kind of crush about the style of a regular person or celebrity. Today I am talking all about my obsession with Kim Kardashian.

Ever since her breakthrough in the spot light with her famous friend Paris Hilton, she has know how to work her way in a very stylish and glamorous way. She knows how to dress for the occasions and, since she is a pettite size person, always knows bet to wear her very loved high heels.

I think with her, the philosophy of the higher the better goes in every way of the expression. She never leaves her house without wearing her beloved shoes, unless she is off to the gym or some other extracurricular activities (aka, not working).

Her style is the working girl inspiration, I love how some of her form fitting cut dresses and clothes show her figure and show that self confidence. Not many people or celebrities know how to pull this off, to find something that just enhances your personality and the gorgeous silhouette of the body.

As a girl, I struggle with finding the right clothes, but by watching, I tend to learn. Kim used to style celebrity closets and organize them. So much ideas you get from that is just overwhelming and you need to keep track of it and just internalize as much content as you desire. Being a socialite is something that helped her also, being surrounded by all the glam and shine and expensive accessories.

Her mother, Kris, has taught the girls, all of her siblings, how to take good care of the skin and how important it is to look fresh and natural. It does not matter if you have the most shocking and pretty dress if you look all tired and drained. You'll end up being the most glamorous zombie out there and you don't want that.

In a recent picture you can see her getting out of the plane and out of the airport looking fabulous and renewed and comfortable, without looking like a slob.

this is how you know when a person has a great sense of style and that they like to show the world they are the best at it.

Welcome May!

Hey everyone!

It's May already, I feel the year is flying by so fast! And of course, you gotta be the best at everything you are going to do. I have been stressing over the university and have witnessed that every day as it gets closer to the last semesters of it, it becomes harder and harder.

Trying to balance every little detail in life is not impossible but it sure is a whole lot of work. I love the challenges but some days I just feel drained and with no energy to get out of bed, but girls gotta do what girls have to do and just keep on going to reach your goals.

I have a pretty nice memory to share with you all since it's May and it's the 4 year anniversary of my prom trip to Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic.

At this time of year, we were all prepping to get our tans on and enjoy the live in the sea. The skies where clear and the seas were super turquoise and crystal clear. Every single bit of the beach was bright and beautiful.

I feel like every little detail can be seen down there. The hotel was everything you could've asked for. We stayed at the Tropical Princess and it is part of the Bavaro Princess chain of Hotels.

I was so happy there, I found someone special and saw how pretty life is, and how good you feel while living life at it's fullest. 

Talking about this made me want to go back, maybe after graduating university I will travel with some friends over there. Or who knows, maybe I'll go to some other place, like Montercarlo.
