Crepes & Waffles

Hey guys!

Today I am going to grab dinner with my cousins and we are going to crepes and waffles. It is one of our favorite restaurants and they have a lot of different healthy choices. It is a great local restaurant for Latin America and it has franchises over different of the countries.

My favorite dish is the chicken and mushroom crepe which is super tasty and nice! it has a milky type of sauce and it just doesn't have that much calories.

here is a picture taken from Trip Advisor of this dish, it just look AH-MAZING :)

Tell me, what are your plans for this Saturday night?

Have a nice day!

Question: What are you having for lunch today?

Hey Guys!

I just wanted to know what are you having for lunch today or what did you had for lunch if it's already dinner time where you live.

I am having stuffing cucumbers filled in with a sort of meatball, it is so good and so nutritive and it doesn't have a lot of calories and is so filling!

Here is a picture of this dish:

Hope you guys are having a beautiful day !

Hair up? or hair down?

I am one of the people that like her hair down better, but i also like it put together in a braid or in a pony tail.
There are a lot of styles of up do's that you can rock, in summer specially so that your hair is not making you sweat, which happens a lot because you feel you have a scarf or something like that covering your neck and maybe your back (if you have really long hair like I do).

There are knots, buns, high braids, French twisted braided knots and many more.

For a more sophisticated look the buns are super cute to draw the attention to the dress you are wearing. Like this ones:

prom updos for short hair. updos for long hair

Or maybe more casual looks, messier and sexier like the following ones:

Or maybe you like to braid your hair and feel more comfortable wearing them:

So tell me, how do you like your hair to be better? in an updo or your hair down?

Healthy Snacks: Avocado Humus

Hey Guys!

So I was browsing through the internet in the search of new and healthy snack options and got across this recipe, and as I am a huge lover of avocados and of Humus I thought "OK, why not?" and decided that you might also like this new and innovative way to eat your humus.

Here is the recipe thanks to the food network

Picture of Avocado Hummus Recipe

Ingredients:

2 avocados
1/2 jalapeño pepper
7 ounce tub of humus
juice of 1 lemon
salt

Directions:

Make an avocado and jalapeño purée in a food processor, then stir with the humus and mix well. Add salt and the lemon juice and mix well once again.

If you can't find made humus near you, click here to get the recipe to make it yourself. (An easy and practical recipe I must say!)

A great veggie that you can eat this with is with celery sticks, they are crunchy and yummy. But you can also eat it with toasted pita bread.

So I hope you enjoy!
